Boards
The Conference Boards available to Learners are designed to provide an opportunity for students to interact outside the classroom. The boards include both bulletin board and chat room options. Questions or comments may be left on the board (The Graffiti Wall) for other students to contribute answers or additional comments. At prearranged times, students may meet in chat rooms (The Water Cooler) to allow real-time discussion (at least as real time as typing skills allow). Students interested in a chat room for group activities should contact the faculty member of record for the course section. He or she can make arrangements for chat room capability to be set-up.
